Late summer and a local lake is bathed in the late evening light, whilst overhead, a flock of geese fly by. This picture, the fourth in the series, evokes a calm, and temporary respite from the horrors of covid. It also highlights the temporal aspect of the pandemic, as a moment in time, along with the evanescence of the human race in relation to a planet that was here before us and will remain long after our species is extinct.
